That’s What I’m Talking About!

It was a truly simple and effective way to lose weight .
I lost 2.5 kgs in 7 days
Could not do any walking as i had sprained my ankle
Felt so light energetic and even did not enjoy smoking. Have not felt that good in years
I must admit I had withdrawal symptoms from not eating “kawo sainoo” and ate rice and a few chips here and there. But on the whole we have learnt to control our portions at every meal time. We eat lots more fruit, veges and salads daily now.
Don’t think I’ve put the weight back on yet even though were eating traditional meals again
I have observed that by cutting down on fats, I was breathing a lot better for some reason . Serving customers at the shop that week didn’t feel like a choir
Felt like a great weight was lifted off my shoulders . Starting to eat healthy again from tomorrow
