Easy Pasta Recipes For Weight WatchersThese easy pasta recipes are fast and versatile. Pasta comes in such a variety of shapes and sizes, and works well with so many combinations of ingredients and sauces, the possibilities are endless. Pasta is relatively low GI, but you have to control your portion sizes, and watch the fat content of your sauces to keep it healthy. An alternative is to use wholewheat pasta, which is more readily available in the supermarkets these days. To cook a pasta recipe successfully, the pasta should be cooked until it's tender but slightly firm to the bite (al-dente). Add your favourite sauce to this and garnish with herbs, for a delicious meal.
