3 cups chopped cluster beans (Indian Guar), or other grean beans. 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon salt 0.5 teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 3 medium tomatoes, liquidised or grated 2 medium potatoes, cut into quarters 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (red chilli powder) 1 teaspoon cumin powder
