IT WORKS!!!!

Started diet last month tried it for 2 weeks, 1st day was great I was very motivated. Second day felt I needed more carbs but I persevered. For a couple of days felt a little hungry late at night. After cheating on a couple of meals at the end of week I was in routine. I definitely felt lighter as my clothes seemed very very!!! comfortable, I chose not to weigh myself because I wanted to lose inches, and I would know through my clothes if I'd lost weight. What I found that amazed me was my energy level was high, I didn't feel tired and had alot more stamina. One thing I lacked on was the exercise. It is a fantastic kick start diet but you have to be mentally focused and make changes slowly.
