to register that you're full,
eat slowly, and take a break halfway through your meal to assess how full you are.
- Don't fear hunger
Skinny women can tolerate hunger pangs. The rest of us fear hunger, and tend to overeat to avoid it. Surprisingly, you will find that hunger pangs come and go
and you won't
collapse at the first sign of hunger if you don't rush to eat!
Also remember that hunger pangs can be satisfied by eating small healthy snacks such as a handful of nuts, or a cup of tea.
- Learn to avoid emotional eating
Thin women know how to recognize when they are eating because of frustration, depression, anger or loneliness, and stop themselves from eating. Instead of using
food as the cure, turn to calorie-free solutions. Phone a friend, go for a walk, go to the mall or sleep if you're tired!
- Eat more fiber
Skinny women eat more fruit and vegetables in their diet than other people. Fruits and vegetables have a high fiber content and a high volume of water. As a result,

include more fruits and vegetables in your diet
- Keep Active
Thin people are generally more active. Most of us lead sedentary lives and spend many hours of the day sitting. Try to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.
Walking is an excellent way of keeping fit. Even if you increase your daily physical activity by actions
like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or walking to the shops, it will go a long way to burning off unwanted calories.
