Easy Grilling Recipes For Low Fat Healthy Meals

These easy grilling recipes or barbecue recipes provide a tasty method of preparing low fat healthy meals. Besides being a fun and social activity, grills and barbecues are a fast, easy and versatile way to cook. Not only do meat and seafood taste great when grilled, but so do chargrilled vegetables. Easy Grilling Recipes: Lamb Chops

Lamb chops or lamb cutlets can be used for this grilling recipe.

Note: Nutritional values are provided per serving. Fat values refer to Saturated Fat. Points values refer to the Weight Watchers point system

Prep Time:20 minutes + 3 hours to marinate
Cook Time:30 minutes

Ingredients
12-15 lamb chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon crushed ginger

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons low fat yoghurt

2 crushed and deseeded green chillies

Method
  1. In a large bowl, make a marinade with the olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt and yoghurt
  2. Trim excess fat from the lamb chops.
  3. Coat the lamb chops well in the marinade, and leave aside in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  4. Grill lamb chops on a barbeque or gas grill.
  5. Serve hot with a side salad and garlic toast.
