7 Day Diet Plan - Fantastic

I started the 7 day diet plan recently, can't say I've been the best I have to admit I have cheated a little.
I think perhaps my greatest weakness is my portions, I got so used to eating so much that by the end of the day I kind of stop paying attention and eat as I normally would.. not all the time but on a couple of the days I gave in.
One thing that really has helped me is the emailed suggestions, I found sticking to these suggestions has kept me full during the day and helped me control my portion sizes, it really paints a good picture of how much of what foods we should be eating and I can feel the difference I've lost 1 kilo and have alot more energy. I have also found that now I want to excercise and can do so for longer because of the energy.
I will definitely stick to this diet plan, it's more of a lifestyle change and very easy to follow.
